This newly built Santa Barbara style home, situated on a golf course in the Northwest area of Tucson, appears to have been built a century ago. Details like the carved stone baptismal font in the powder room, the classic talavera tiles from Mexico, the kahlua colored concrete and real walnut flooring are a good solid base for adding in furniture + furnishings that were not pretentious but comfortable + authentic to the homeowners taste.
