Located in the lower foothills, this 1949 ranch house was covered top to bottom in knotty pine…walls were removed from the very compartmentalized spaces, French doors were added to let in more light + a fresh coat of white paint created a lovely serene backdrop, enhancing the views of the Catalina mountains to the North.
