This Italianate style Mediterranean showhome, located in the foothills, was hosted by SAHBA of Tucson. Walls were done in a warm, earthy plaster, reminiscent of Tuscany, + more emphasis on classic Italian design was created by using the travertine tile floors. Keeping consistent with the Mediterranean style room finishes, a warm similar tone damask upholstery was covered on a European style loveseat, with added velvet pillows + silk pendant fixture from Fortuny of Venice.
This Mediterranean style home, located in the riviera of Santa Barbara, California, was transformed into a showhouse to benefit CALM. Many of the rooms were designed by Studio Encanto as this occurred after the 2008 downturn so hence many other designers were not able to participate. Classic Santa Barbara style was the emphasis for this oak-studded hilltop property.
